Ingredients:
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 1/2 Cup Organic Pumpkin Mash (from a can or homemade)
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Phytopro-V
- Stevia or pure maple syrup to taste
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender on high.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with extra cinnamon or coconut whipped cream.
