Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 Scoop Phytopro-V Vanilla Protein
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- In a non-stick pan on medium heat, add batter in small circles.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
